Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Purchase and Store to oversee the end-to-end procurement and inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in managing large-scale purchase and storage functions. This leadership role will be responsible for ensuring efficient procurement processes, inventory control, and cost-effective supply chain operations within the organization. This role is based in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire Purchase and Store department, ensuring effective procurement, storage, and distribution processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment at competitive prices.
  • Coordinate with various departments to understand their requirements and forecast demand.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the best possible pricing and service.
  • Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and turnover rates are in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate procurement performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage the stores day-to-day operations, including proper storage and distribution of materials, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
