About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead the
Purchase Department
for the
Encardio Rite Group
at a global level. The incumbent will be responsible for formulating and executing centralized procurement strategies, optimizing vendor management, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing operations across all locations. Candidates with an engineering background and prior experience in managing large-scale procurement functions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end procurement activities for the Encardio Rite Group globally.
  • Develop and implement centralized purchasing systems, policies, and best practices.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate and finalize long-term rate contracts and strategic sourcing agreements.
  • Drive cost optimization through effective negotiation, supplier consolidation, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Projects, and Finance departments to align procurement activities with business objectives.
  • Establish key performance metrics for supplier evaluation and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and monitor purchase budgets, forecasts, and spend analysis reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the purchase team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
  • MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Materials Management/Supply Chain will be an added advantage.
