Buffer teacher should be an experienced teacher of the respective section

1. Minimum WL of 1 subject to be given
2. Proxies to be assigned wherever and whenever applicable
3. Assist in corrections other than her subject whenever required
4. Should assist in event planning and management
5. Verification/Validation of academic documents
6. Daily task tracker to be submitted to the reporting head and the VP/Principal via mail

NOTE

Reporting will be to the respective coordinator.

Daily tasks to be defined by the principal.

HR norms will be applicable similar to that of a teacher

Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of a subject teacher is to provide instruction, guidance, and support to the students in specific subject areas. Subject teachers are responsible for designing and delivering lessons, assessing students progress, providing feedback, and facilitating learning experience that helps students develop knowledge, skills and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Should assist in event planning and management

Work Relations:

• Interfacing with Principal for academic related issues.
• Interfacing with Co- teachers and other staff members as and when required.
• Interfacing with Admin, Finance, HR, Technology for any people for any operational issues
