Role: B2B Manager - Training and Staffing
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Experience: 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in EdTech but not mandatory
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, HR, or Business Development.
Proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets and building enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of L&D solutions, upskilling trends, staffing solutions, and enterprise HR workflows.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and business productivity software.
Exposure to the South Asia, Middle East, or global B2B markets is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert B2B clients for corporate training and staffing services.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard enterprise clients and grow recurring business.
Pitch SkillzRevo's value proposition to HR Heads, L&D Managers, CTOs, and other decision-makers.
Build strong business relationships and manage end-to-end client lifecycle—from prospecting to onboarding.
Coordinate with internal teams (training, delivery, recruitment) to ensure seamless client service.
Participate in RFPs, proposals, and corporate contracts for training and staffing assignments.
Stay updated with industry trends and propose tailored solutions for upskilling/reskilling or talent acquisition.
Location: Remote
Pay: From ₹5,50,000.00 to 6,00,000 per annum
