We are currently expanding our operations in India and are actively seeking a driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead sales growth initiatives in this burgeoning market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and manage a comprehensive database of leads and prospect information.
- Harness the power of various lead generation tools and platforms to optimize outreach effectiveness.
- Consistently strive to surpass predefined lead generation targets.
- Generate regular reports detailing lead generation activities and performance metrics.
- Conduct persistent follow-ups with prospective buyers to nurture leads.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise innovative strategies for identifying new prospects and crafting robust sales plans.
- Offer valuable insights and information to potential customers to foster early-stage opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in lead generation or inside sales within the B2B sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of success in lead generation or sales, preferably in the B2B domain.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass targets.
