Job Description – Sales Team Leader (Ecommerce Account Management & Conversions)About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to drive sales, conversions, and client onboarding for our Ecommerce Account Management Services. The role requires strong leadership, deal-closing ability, and expertise in managing a sales team to achieve high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of telesales/business development executives.
  • Drive end-to-end sales: Lead Qualification → Pitch → Negotiation → Closure.
  • Ensure maximum conversions for Ecommerce Account Management and Digital Marketing services.
  • Train and motivate the sales team on scripts, objection handling, and conversion techniques.
  • Personally handle high-value client calls and close deals.
  • Monitor lead pipeline, CRM, and team performance reports.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Suggest and implement strategies to increase deal closures and business growth.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales / Account Management / Ecommerce Seller Services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing ability.
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.).
  • Proficiency in CRM/lead tracking tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Target-driven and able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–6 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a team leader role.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/Digital Marketing services is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
