About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive/Manager. The ideal candidate will focus on generating business opportunities in government and private sectors, managing the tendering process, and exploring online lead-generation platforms like IndiaMART and Justdial.

Key Responsibilities

Tendering & Government Works

oIdentify, track, and apply for relevant government tenders (PWD, WRD, PMGSY, Nagar Parishad, Irrigation Dept., etc.).

oPrepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with guidelines.

oCoordinate with authorities for clarifications, follow-ups, and post-bid discussions.

Private & Online Lead Generation

oManage and respond to inquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other lead-generation platforms.

oConvert online leads into business opportunities.

oMaintain relationships with private clients and build new connections.

Market Development & Networking

oResearch and identify upcoming projects in both government and private sectors.

oEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government departments.

oRepresent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Internal Coordination

oWork with technical, finance, and project teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.

oProvide inputs for business strategy and growth planning.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Postgraduate (Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

Prior experience in tendering and business development for government projects is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with IndiaMART, Justdial, GEM portal, and other business platforms.

Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
