Bancassurance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Bancassurance Manager – Tele Vertical to join our Life Insurance team in Bangalore. The role involves managing tele-calling operations, driving life insurance sales through telephonic leads from bank partnerships, and achieving business targets. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong sales and team-handling experience to grow in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:Manage a team of telecallers/relationship executives responsible for calling bank customers. Drive life insurance sales through outbound calls to bank customers. Ensure achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and bank partners for smooth business flow. Train and motivate the calling team to improve productivity and conversion ratios. Track daily performance, lead pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain quality and compliance standards in all customer interactions. Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in life insurance or BFSI sector. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
