Role & responsibilities

Student Enrollment Management:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students.

Conduct informational sessions and tours for prospective students and families.

Assist prospective students through the admissions process, including application review and interviews.

Collaborate with school leadership to set enrollment targets and develop marketing campaigns.

Application Processing:

Manage the admissions database and ensure accurate and timely processing of applications.

Review applicant credentials, including transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters.

Communicate admissions decisions to applicants and provide support throughout the enrollment process.

Outreach and Relationship Building:

Build relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of the school.

Attend recruitment events, fairs, and conferences to promote the school and recruit prospective students.

Maintain communication with prospective students and families to address questions and concerns.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze enrollment data and trends to inform admissions strategies and decision-making.

Prepare regular reports on admissions metrics, such as applicant demographics, conversion rates, and yield rates.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enrollment processes and procedures.

Calling the Google/ facebook inquiries for admission

Arranging and coordinating the interaction of the students with HMs and parent interaction with principal ma'am

Getting the registration done either online or in school before the Interaction

Collection of documents from the selected candidates and upload the information on SMS.

Getting the teams ID created by IT and sharing the information with the HM for onboarding of the child in the school system.

Explanation of the books order process and ERP process to the new parents

Confirmation of the child in SMS from Accounts team after the fees received in the school bank account.

Ordering the Lenovo tabs for the new admissions

Creating and updating nominals

Calling on the CRM inquiries for Free Virtual classes

Handing over the study material and Stationery to the parents who come to school for free classes.

Coordination with Central Office team regarding the creation of IDs of free classes candidates after getting the sheet approved & signed by principal maam.

Coordination with the parent and the HM maam until the onboarding of the free classes' children is over.

Getting the TCs ready after no dues are signed and communication with the parent regarding the time to collect the same and submit cancelled cheque to clear the caution money.

Seeking approvals from Central office by sending note sheets regarding some TCs or any admission related work that is a deviation from any existing policy to help each parent in the best possible manner.

Coordination with media regarding the stories about school in print or TV.

Arrangement of Principal ma'am meetings with influential people in the city

Coordination and strategizing with Central office team regarding the digital advertising on google/ Facebook or any creative design requirements.

Coordination with the ad agency regarding the regular maintenance of the hoardings in the city and replace if these get torn or damaged.

Attending to each call that is coming on IVR and taking appropriate action on it.

Sending the regular updates to the database of prospective parents through WhatsApp.

Creation and management of student's profile files after collecting the documents from the parents.

Attending to the parents visiting school for admission by explaining them about our school, fees and giving a round of the premises.

Coordination with Accounts team regarding the release of the payment of the vendors of events or any publicity medium after collecting the required bills/ invoice.

Arrangement of guests/ speakers for the school's inhouse programs

Regular communication with BSA, DM office regarding the updates/ guidelines from UP Govt for schools

Planning and execution of events that are relevant for increasing admission in school.

Meeting with vendors/agencies that approach school with any marketing proposal.

Miscellaneous Tasks:

Provide support for other school events and initiatives, such as open houses, orientations, and information sessions.

Assist with student retention efforts, including re-enrollment campaigns and follow-up communication with current families.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.

Previous experience (typically 2-3 years) in admissions, recruitment, or counseling, preferably in an educational setting.

Knowledge of admissions processes, including application review, recruitment strategies, and enrollment management.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with CRM software or admissions management systems is a plus.

Understanding of educational trends and market dynamics in the region.
