Position: Social Media & Media Manager

Location: Ghaziabad

Role Overview:

The Social Media & Media Manager will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing all online platforms, and driving digital marketing initiatives to support admissions. This role requires expertise in designing creatives, video editing, content planning, and executing paid online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation

  2. Develop daily content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and school website.

  3. Shoot and edit reels, videos, event coverage clips.

  4. Create eye-catching graphics, posters, brochures, and digital creatives.

  5. Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with academic and admission goals.

  6. Social Media Management

  7. Handle daily posting across all school platforms.

  8. Manage stories, reels, highlights, parent engagement, and comments.

  9. Ensure timely response to inquiries on social platforms.

  10. Maintain uniform branding across all pages.

  11. Online Marketing & Lead Generation

  12. Run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.

  13. Optimize campaigns to reduce lead cost and increase conversions.

  14. Coordinate with Admission Team for timely follow-up on leads.

  15. Set up WhatsApp automation funnels and landing page content.

  16. Event & Activity Coverage

  17. Capture high‑quality photos and videos of school events.

  18. Prepare quick-turnaround reels for trending visibility.

  19. Support marketing of Open House events, society activities, and school functions.

  20. Analytics & Reporting

  21. Maintain weekly performance dashboard (followers, reach, leads).

  22. Track performance of each reel/post and optimize content.

  23. Maintain ad performance sheets and share insights with management.

  24. Collaboration

  25. Work closely with Marketing Manager for campaigns and society events.

  26. Support admission counsellors with digital material.

  27. Coordinate with printing vendors for design files and branding needs.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate in Media, Communication, Marketing or related field.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of social media trends & algorithms.

  • Ability to shoot and edit videos creatively.

  • Experience in running paid campaigns preferred.

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Growth in social media reach & engagement.

  • Leads generated through social media.

  • Quality and consistency of reels/posts.

  • Timeliness of event coverage.

  • Reduction in paid ad lead cost.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
