Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
  • Plan and execute social media posting schedules to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Handle basic photo/video editing for digital content.
  • Support digital marketing activities such as email marketing, SEO, and online promotions.
  • Run basic social media ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) under guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product photos, content ideas, and campaign inputs.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and maintain online reputation.
  • Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, ads, analytics).
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Good communication skills and understanding of brand tone.
  • Familiarity with editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or mobile editing apps.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.

Education:

  • Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Media/Communication preferred).
