Role Overview:

We're looking for a
creative, detail-oriented Content Creator
to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and managing engaging content across all digital platforms — from Instagram Reels and YouTube videos to LinkedIn posts and blogs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing and engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp).
  • Develop short-form video content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, interviews, campaigns).
  • Write catchy captions, post copies, and product stories aligned with the brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the design and video team to execute content ideas effectively.
  • Maintain a content calendar ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest strategies for growth and engagement.
  • Stay updated with trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, contests, and collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
  • Ability to think creatively and work both independently and collaboratively.
