JOB DESCRIPTION- Sales & Marketing Executive(Field )
Field Sales Management: Execute sales strategies and manage client interactions in the field to drive sales growth and market penetration for designated region in Gujarat.
Market Analysis:
· Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
· Formulate and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends and support the development of new products and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Sales Reporting:
· Maintain precise records of sales activities & customer interaction. Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer interaction.
· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and performance.
· Manage and track business development activities using CRM software.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelors degree Paint Technology/Chemistry, Diploma in Paint Technology, MBA in Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in technical sales within the paint manufacturing or coatings industry or selling raw materials for coating industry with a proven track record in field sales is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of paint products, application techniques, and industry standards.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in sales, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a field-based role, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing market conditions.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory of Gujarat region.
