Role Description

This is a role for a Jewellery Sales Professional based in Mumbai, with just 4 days of office work every week. and just 5 hours a day. The Jewellery Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sales training to frontline retail sales personnel, developing and implementing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing coaching and support. The role also includes marketing to retailers, a bit of administration tasks, helping with knowledge conferences and involvement in shoots and events ensuring that all team members are exposed to the excitement of jewellery retail.

AN EXPERIENCED RETAIL SALES PROFESSIONAL WANTING TO TAKE UP THIS JOB CAN ALSO BE CONSIDERED AND TRAINED.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in Retail Sales especially Jewellery Retail Sales preferred
  • Well exposed to retailers in the jewellery retail markets of India would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • Confidence to speak in any 3 of the 5 languages - English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali
