Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones. Daily tasks include communicating with customers, providing product information, closing sales, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Executive will also be expected to represent the company at events and tradeshows, and to keep up-to-date with industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Customer relationship management and client retention skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the jewellery industry is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
