Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager at KorinMi's flagship clinic in Gurgaon. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and train staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and optimize clinic performance. Key responsibilities include achieving business targets, managing schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to implement strategies, manage client relationships, and promote the brand's services and products to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, team management, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inventory, maintain schedules, and achieve business targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting for business growth
  • Adaptable, problem-solving mindset with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Business degree or equivalent professional experience in management or a related field preferred
