We are looking for a Commis III to join our bakery and café kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have basic kitchen experience and a genuine passion for food preparation, baking, and teamwork. You'll assist the senior chefs in daily operations, maintain cleanliness, and help in preparing bakery and café items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation.
  • Help with baking, pastry prep, and dessert plating as required.
  • Maintain proper cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen.
  • Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Prepare basic ingredients, sauces, and garnishes.
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant kitchen.
  • Basic knowledge of baking and cooking techniques.
  • Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures.
  • Good hygiene habits and teamwork skills.
  • Energetic and positive attitude towards work.
