Commis III (Bakery)

Position Summary:
The Bakery Commis III assists in the daily preparation and production of bakery and pastry items under the supervision of senior chefs. The role focuses on learning, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, and ensuring smooth operations in the bakery section.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, baking, and finishing of breads, pastries, and desserts as per standard recipes.
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and instructions from supervisors.
Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstation and storage areas.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Assist in receiving and storing raw materials and ingredients.
Support senior chefs in mise-en-place and daily production requirements.
Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
Report any equipment malfunction or shortage of supplies to the supervisor immediately.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
