Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT and computer science, with expertise in various technologies and methodologies. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills of our employees in areas such as IT infrastructure, operating systems, and software development life cycle (SDLC). Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our team is well-equipped to meet the demands of our dynamic work environment.

Duties

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on IT skills, including AWS, Azure, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions covering essential topics such as Java, Python, SQL, Oracle, and APIs.
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance understanding of operating systems including Windows and Linux.
  • Assess the training needs of employees and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve training content.

Experience

  • Proven experience in IT or related fields with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of computer science principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with various programming languages including Java and Python.
  • Experience with databases such as SQL and Oracle.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Previous experience in a training or instructional role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
