We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Telecom Domain (Broadband & Wi-Fi Technologies) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Telecom domain, specifically in Broadband and Wi-Fi technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in business analysis, with proven expertise in gathering requirements, stakeholder management, and driving technology solutions in telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to broadband and Wi-Fi services.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Work closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations.
• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business expectations.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in broadband and Wi-Fi to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom domain.
• Strong understanding of Broadband and Wi-Fi technologies, including network architecture, service provisioning, and customer experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
