To support in Compliances of the applicable corporate Laws for the entities handled by Corporate Secretarial department. Assist for documentation for shakeholders like: regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, ROC, other depts etc.
ORGANISATION CHARTThis position will report to Group Head - Secretarial
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAssist and learn while working in the following jobs:
1.Incorporation of Companies
2.Appointment & Resignation of Directors.
3.Change Registered office .
4.Increase of authorized share capital of company.
5.Documentation for Rights Issue.
6.Examining e-Stamp Duty on issue and allotment of shares.
7.Preparation of draft for Circular Resolution under section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013.
8.Preparation of draft Board Report and AGM Notice.
9.ROC filings (including of section 8 Cos. and LLP's) .
10.Corporate actions with Depositories etc.
11.Updating of records as required under the Statutory provisions
12.Shifting of Registered office of the company / LLP within/outside the local limits of the City and
13.Practical Committees and Board Meetings.
14.Forms for creation, modification and Satisfaction of Charges.
15.Appointment of Statutory Auditors.
16.Preparation of draft Notices/Agendas / Minutes of Meetings and various Board Resolutions.
17.E- Filing of various forms for Companies and LLPs to ROC.
18.KYCs requirements
19.Preparation of drafts for Strike off etc.;
20.Maintenance of Statutory Registers.
21.Documentation of procurement of DSC.

Support in maintaining relationship with Secretarial Department and Finance Departments, Statutory Auditors, Statutory Authorities and other Stakeholders across the group.
