Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and placement coordination.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and availability.
  • Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and clients; manage feedback loops and follow-up communications.
  • Negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates and ensure timely offer rollouts.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with current recruitment trends, technologies, and labor laws related to US hiring practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099), Visa types (H1B, GC, USC, TN), and compliance regulations.
