Senior Engineering Recruitment Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Recruitment Manager to lead our US-based engineering recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US employment market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and recruiters ensuring performance targets are consistently met.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based engineering roles across multiple clients and industries.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and deliver quality candidates.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US engineering recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing teams.
