Who we want
- 5+ years experience in selling PropTech / CRE Tech / FM SaaS
- Already has strong connects in Facility Management & CRE ecosystem
- Knows how to lead consultative problem-led sales (not demo sales)
- Understands the pulse of CRE operations – and speaks the language of ROI
Engagement Model
- 3 Month Contract initially (performance + synergy based)
- Compensation = Fixed Retainer + Attractive Sales Commission
- If the partnership clicks → Transition to Full Time with full benefits, upside & roadmap ownership
