Job Title: International Sales - Voice (UK/USA/Australian Markets)

Location: Delhi/Noida (Work from Office)

Salary: 15, ,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 6 months to 6 years (International Sales / Collections experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international sales and collections for UK, USA, and Australian markets.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging with clients for debt collections and sales.
  • Perform negotiation and settlement of outstanding debts with international clients.
  • Provide excellent service while meeting monthly sales and collections targets.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of collections issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payments, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and products during client interactions.
  • Follow up with customers regularly to ensure collections targets are met.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in International Sales, Debt Collections, or Sales (specific focus on UK/USA/Australian markets is preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in international debt collection or sales (UK, USA, Australia) will be highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and collections quotas.
  • Knowledge of debt collection regulations and international market specifics is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C collections or sales is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate in any stream.

Note: Customer support experience will not be considered for this role.
