Job description:
Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, assist in administrative tasks, and maintain effective communication between clients, visitors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and reception area.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other official communications.
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting rooms.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Welcome visitors and provide necessary guidance.
- Perform data entry and operate MS Office applications regularly.
- Manage office inventory and stationery.
- Coordinate company events and meetings.
- Assist management in daily administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduation in any discipline
- Experience: 1–3 years in office administration or front desk roles
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email handling, Basic Tally, Zoom
- Professional grooming and presentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate office environment
- Customer service background
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Work Environment:
- Full-time, office-based
- Professional dress code required
