Job description:

Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, assist in administrative tasks, and maintain effective communication between clients, visitors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and reception area.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other official communications.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Welcome visitors and provide necessary guidance.
  • Perform data entry and operate MS Office applications regularly.
  • Manage office inventory and stationery.
  • Coordinate company events and meetings.
  • Assist management in daily administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduation in any discipline
  • Experience: 1–3 years in office administration or front desk roles
  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English
  • Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email handling, Basic Tally, Zoom
  • Professional grooming and presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in a corporate office environment
  • Customer service background
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, office-based
  • Professional dress code required
