Roles & Responsibilities:
 Generating new leads & develop a relationship with new BDE of brands
using social media websites ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website
 Stay in touch with existing customers and generate new leads
 Understanding and addressing the individual needs of key customers.
 Coordinate with FE to find the best property for a client
 Prepare documents with required details about the property and share
them with the client
 Maintaining regular contact with customers, managing leads, and converting leads into LOI
.  Follow SOP and ensure smooth process while dealing with the customer.
  Make sure t o resolve their complaints quickly and efficiently.
 Keeping customers updated on the latest profitable properties to increase sales
 Responsible to prepare DAR report and share it with EA

 Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
 Superior product knowledge.
 A team player with leadership skills.
 Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
