Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Floor Incharge to join our team at Bangarurani Jewellers.
Only candidates with prior experience in jewellery showrooms will be considered. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, knowledgeable about gold and silver jewellery, and skilled in closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers with jewellery selection.
- Explain product specifications like purity, weight, stone details, making charges, and offers.
- Handle billing coordination and manage sales transactions.
- Maintain product display and ensure showroom presentation standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Support inventory checks and product handling as per showroom procedures.
- Follow showroom security and sales protocols.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Minimum 6 years of experience working in a jewellery store.
- Strong product knowledge (gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones).
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficient in Telugu and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Pleasant appearance and confident attitude.
- Must be flexible to work on weekends and festive seasons.
