The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, Managing of Inward and Outward of materials; ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and handling customer service. Tasks include maintaining store cleanliness, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team.QualificationsSkills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer ServiceStrong Communication skillsExperience in Store ManagementKnowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniquesExcellent organizational and multitasking skills including knowledge in computers and various software's.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in the Store / Warehouse management is a plusAny Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
