**Job Title: Telecaller - Jewellery Sales**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote jewellery products and offers.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information about products, pricing, and store policies.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or store visits.
- Understand and explain jewellery features, quality, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Coordinate with the sales and showroom team to support customer service.
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by ensuring excellent after-sales service.
- Schedule appointments or showroom visits for high-value leads.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Jewellery industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in [languages required - e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
- Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- High level of patience and problem-solving ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
