Profile:- Social Media Marketer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Marketer who can design product-based creative content and manage social media platforms effectively. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging visuals, copy writing, and executing campaigns that align with brand goals

Qualification :- Any Graduation

Location :- Nagpur

Experience :– 2 Years in social media marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary :- 20,000k to 35,000k

Key Responsibilities:-

Design and develop creative product-based content (images, reels, videos, carousels, infographics, stories) for social media platforms.

Manage and optimize daily postings across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Write engaging and compelling captions, taglines, and ad copies to drive user interaction.

Plan and execute monthly content calendars for campaigns, promotions, and product highlights.

Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to suggest improvements.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media campaigns with brand strategy.

Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and industry practices to keep content fresh and innovative.

Engage with followers, respond to queries, and help build an active online community.

Requirements:-

1–2 years of proven experience in social media marketing/content creation.

Basic knowledge in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).

Good understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.

Strong communication and copywriting skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus).

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
