Manager, EDD Operations
We're looking for an experienced and inclusive leaders to manage our Due Diligence Research Operations in our APAC hubs: Penang, Bangalore, and Mumbai. You'll lead a local team, drive efficiency and quality, and support the implementation of our multi-contributor model. This role is key to delivering high-quality research and encouraging a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations and ensure timely, accurate and high quality delivery of due diligence reports.

Drive team productivity and performance through coaching, feedback, and data insights.

Build and sustain a high-performance culture that values inclusion, accountability, and growth.

Support implementation of the multi-contributor model to enable collaborative report delivery.

Develop and support team members through clear goals, development plans, and recognition.

Ensure compliance with global quality and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on strategy and share best practices.
What You Bring:

Proven experience managing research or compliance operations in a global setting.

Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams.

Ability to drive quality and performance improvement and lead through change.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Knowledge of APAC regulatory environments is a plus.

Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications preferred.
