Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and manage Windows Server (2016–2022) environments.
  • Deploy and manage AWS and Azure cloud services (VMs, networking, storage, security, backups).
  • Implement and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server and cloud issues proactively.
  • Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Terraform, or similar tools.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and User Access Controls.
  • Ensure infrastructure security, scalability, and high availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and follow ITIL/standard operational practices.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
  • Working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Experience with VMware / Hyper-V virtualization.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and security best practices.
  • Scripting and automation using PowerShell or equivalent tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):

  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator / Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
