Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's mechanical components and solutions to industrial clients. The role combines technical expertise with strong communication and sales skills to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and support the sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions using company products.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Generate quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and product opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical components and industrial systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings/specifications.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
