We are currently seeking a skilled Sales and Service Engineer Representative to join our dynamic team and drive our sales and service efforts in Tamil Nadu and nearby areas of India.

**Job Description**:
As a Sales and Service Engineer Representative at CanSpin Industries, you will be responsible for promoting our products and providing exceptional service to our valued customers in the spinning and têxtile industry. Your primary focus will be on generating sales revenue, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of spinning and têxtile machinery, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, including spinning mills, têxtile manufacturers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and product literature.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and contribute to decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and service roles within the spinning and têxtile machinery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong technical knowledge of spinning cans, accessories, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English languages is required; knowledge of other regional languages would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
