Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential customers in Coimbatore and nearby regions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing after-sales support.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations as required.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry/sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Coimbatore is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 per month
