Role Description

This full-time, on-site Microbiologist position is based in Anand. The Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing and analysis to ensure product safety and quality. Key tasks include monitoring hygiene in production areas, analyzing raw materials and finished products, identifying microbial contamination, and adhering to quality control standards. The role also involves collaborating with the quality assurance and production teams to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in microbiological testing, analysis, and identifying contaminants.
  • Experience in maintaining quality control and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Familiarity with hygiene monitoring practices in production environments and related processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the food and spice industry is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or food production industry.
