1. Have to perform all required testing for Sterile Medical Device like LAL Test, BET, Microbial Limit Test, Bio-Burden Test, LPC and Sterility Test, Media Preparation, Consumption, Growth Promotion Test, SOP, Environment Monitoring, OOS, OOT, handling Microbial Cultures, deviation.

2. Responsible for Preparation, Performance and Reviewing for all Microbiological Methods Validation and Method Verification Documents.

3. Responsible for analysis of samples received for testing.

4. Responsible for verifying and reviewing of all Microbiological Samples Raw data reports.

5. Responsible for Customer compliance of Microbiology.

6. Responsible for SOP review for Microbiology related Equipment's/Analysis.

7. Responsible for initiating change control, deviation and QMS related documents for
Microbiology related Equipment's/Analysis if any.

8. Responsible for reviewing of preventive maintenance for Microbiology related Equipment's.

9. Responsible for handling of OOS/OOT related to microbiological analysis.

10. Responsible for Audit compliance preparation.

11. Responsible for implementing new Microbiology technical requirements.

12. Responsible for indenting for Microbiology requirements.

13. Responsible for Microbiology online documentation with Pharmacopoeia requirements.

14. Responsible for coordinating with vendors for IQ, OQ, PQ for new equipment/Instrument
installation.

15. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring of Microbiology team members.

16. Responsible for reviewing Environmental Monitoring in the department.

17. Responsible for reviewing calibration of equipment's and documents for Microbiology department
