Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dy. Manager Production located in Nana Borsara Plant (4GW-Module Production).I

will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This includes coordinating with various departments, managing production schedules, monitoring workflows, and addressing any production issues that arise. The role also involves implementing and improving production processes, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing resources to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production management and manufacturing processes
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
  • Ability to analyze production data and generate reports
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered production management tools is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is beneficial.
