QC Microbiologist

Job Title: QA/QC Executive – Microbiologist

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology

Experience: 2+ years

Industry: Food & Beverages

Job Responsibilities:

• Test food and water samples for bacteria, yeast, and mold.
• Do daily lab work using microbiology equipment.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and hygiene.
• Keep proper records of test results.
• Follow food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
• Check hygiene in the production area.
• Help in internal and external audits.
• Collect samples from production and storage areas.
• Report any quality or safety issues to QA Manager.
• Work with the QA team to ensure safe and quality food.

Skills Needed:

• Basic microbiology lab knowledge
• Understanding of food safety rules
• Neat and accurate in documentation
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to learn and work at site/lab

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
