**1. Quality Control & Assurance**

Monitor the entire manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to final product.

Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, BRC, and food-grade or hazardous material regulations.

Conduct in-process and final inspections to identify defects and ensure consistency.

Implement quality control measures to reduce rework and defects.

**2. Process Quality Control & In-Process Inspections**

Monitor key production processes: cutting, printing, stitching, and loop attachment.

Conduct in-process inspections at each lines to detect and correct defects early.

Implement first-piece and random inspections during production runs.

**3. Process Improvement**

Identify areas for process optimization to improve efficiency and product quality.

Work closely with production and R&D teams to implement corrective actions.

Reduce waste and improve cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.

**4. Defect Identification & Process Improvement**

Identify common defects like fabric weaving faults, lamination issues, stitch failures, and print misalignment.

Work with the production team to implement corrective actions.

**5. Team Supervision & Training**

Train production staff on quality standards, defect identification, and corrective actions.

Enforce quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Foster a culture of quality awareness among workers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
