Min Qualification 10 2 12Th Pass only Male candidates apply 1 Material Inspection Check the raw materials woven polypropylene fabric threads etc for defects consistency and compliance with specifications before production begins 2 In-Process Quality Checks Conduct inspections at various stages of the production process such as after weaving cutting stitching and assembling the FIBCs Ensure that stitching is uniform and the bag s design features e g loops spouts or valves are properly implemented Monitor that the correct dimensions and load-bearing capacities are being followed 3 Final Product Inspection Conduct a final inspection of finished FIBC Bag ensuring they are free from defects such as tears holes or incorrect stitching Verify that printing e g logos handling instructions or barcodes is correctly applied and legible Ensure that each FIBC meets strength requirements such as tensile strength and bursting strength tests 4 Testing Perform specific tests such as tensile strength tests burst tests tear resistance tests and electrostatic resistance tests on the final product Use tools like load cells or bursting testers to assess the bag s ability to handle different loads and stresses Verify that FIBCs comply with standards such as ISO 21898 or UN certification for hazardous materials if applicable Check Bag Weight Three Times A Shift Morning Afternoon And Evening Time 5 Documentation Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and results for traceability Document any defects or issues found during inspections and communicate them to the production team for corrective actions 6 Defect Identification and Reporting Identify defects in the products such as weak stitching incorrect labeling or damaged materials and report them to the supervisor or quality manager 7 Collaboration with Production Team Work closely with the production team to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process Provide feedback to operators and machine workers about quality improvements or corrective actions needed 8 Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards Ensure that FIBCs meet regulatory standards and certifications for safety particularly when they are used to carry hazardous or food-related materials Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 11 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
