Site Supervisor

Location Navsari Site Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day site execution of PEB structures ensuring timely safe and quality erection of steel buildings as per approved drawings and client specifications The role involves coordination between the design team vendors erection contractors and clients Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor PEB erection activities at the site ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards Interpret technical drawings and coordinate with the design team for any discrepancies or changes Manage manpower erection tools tackles and resources to ensure smooth and timely completion of site activities Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and protocols during all erection activities Carry out bolt tightening alignment checking and torque testing as per specifications Coordinate with crane operators and erection team for safe lifting and assembly of structural members Maintain daily progress reports DPR material receipt records and site documentation Liaise with clients contractors and third-party inspection agencies if any to ensure quality and schedule compliance Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues proactively Assist in final handing over and completion documentation Qualifications Skills Diploma B E B Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years experience in PEB site execution or steel structure erection Good knowledge of erection sequences safety norms and quality control in steel building construction Proficient in reading structural and fabrication drawings Knowledge of site surveying tools torque wrench alignment tools and relevant erection equipment Basic understanding of STAAD AutoCAD MS Excel and MS Project preferred Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to relocate and stay at project sites Employment Type Full-TimeSalary As per industry standards negotiable based on experienceTravel Extensive travel and site stay as per project requirement Job Type Full-time Pay 9 556 37 - 26 222 79 per month Schedule Day shift Application Question s Do you have experience in PEB Work Location In person
