About the Role:

As a Customer Verification Associate at EasyDarshan, you will be responsible for verifying customer details through physical and document-based checks. You will ensure authenticity, eliminate errors, and maintain data accuracy before customers participate in scheduled travel activities. This role is essential in upholding EasyDarshans quality and trust standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Verification: Conduct physical or digital checks of customer information and ID documents.
  2. Record Accuracy: Compare IDs with provided details and ensure consistency.
  3. Duplicate Detection: Identify and remove incorrect, duplicate, or mismatched entries.
  4. Verification Logs: Maintain structured daily records, reports, and status updates.
  5. Field Visits: Conduct on-ground checks when required to confirm customer details.
  6. Customer Interaction: Clarify verification requirements and support customers with documentation.
  7. Support Activities: Assist during customer onboarding and travel preparation.
  8. Escalation: Inform supervisors of discrepancies or critical mismatches.
  9. Quality Assurance: Ensure all verification steps follow internal guidelines.
  10. Process Compliance: Adhere to EasyDarshans data integrity and verification policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Verification Background: Prior experience in auditing, validation, or data quality roles.
  2. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in detecting mismatches and errors.
