Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter with hands-on experience in high-volume hiring for international BPOs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, excellent communication skills, and proven experience using job portals and other sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for volume hiring, particularly for international BPO voice/non-voice processes.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct preliminary HR screening to assess communication skills and job fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain talent pools for recurring hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate data and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market trends.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring for international BPOs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing skills using various job portals and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handling walk-ins, campus hiring, and mass hiring drives is a plus.
  • Knowledge of BPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Chat, Technical Support) is essential.
