Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations for assigned territory (Hospitals, Diagnostics, Clinics, Biomedical Departments).
- Drive business growth for biomedical equipment, instruments, consumables, and solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Handle key accounts and build strong long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct high-level product presentations, technical demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Identify new business opportunities, tender requirements, and institutional sales prospects.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members (if applicable).
- Manage negotiation, pricing, and order finalization with purchase departments.
- Coordinate with service, logistics, and technical teams for seamless delivery/installation.
- Prepare MIS, sales forecast reports, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in medical device/biomedical sales.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
- Strong understanding of biomedical equipment (ICU devices, patient monitoring, lab instruments, etc.).
- Excellent client relationship and territory management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently and manage field operations independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
