As a member of the Central Events Team at Myntra, you will play a crucial role in building exciting constructs and propositions and building shopping occasions to drive top-of-the-funnel traffic and grow categories & horizontal programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team to plan and execute platform events and promotions to drive customer engagement and deliver GMV

  • Build comprehensive strategy and customer propositions for events and work with marketing and storefront teams to design the correct GTM strategy to the event.

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including Marketing, Product, , Category teams, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business Finance and Growth , among others.

  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

  • Developing and executing in-app merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and sales.

  • Collaborating with design and content teams to ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity for the platform.

  • Collaborating with the central marketing team to build top of the funnel for events and analyze traffic data to measure the effectiveness of off-app initiatives
