We're seeking a person or a small, capable team that is both smart and adaptable. The ideal candidate(s) should:

  • Understand the latest
    SEO trends
    and the shift from traditional to AI-driven approaches and can propose practical solutions.
  • Anticipate and
    accept challenges
     with a proactive mindset.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to guide fast,
    actionable decisions
    for our projects.
  • Monitor competitor activities and updates and translate insights into strategic plans.
  • Identify target opportunities among competitors' customers and develop
    robust strategies
    to win them.

Required Qualities

  • Experience over credentials:
    Proven track record with tangible results in ecommerce SEO and social media.
  • Goal-oriented:
    Clear examples of objectives reached and the impact (traffic, rankings, conversions, ROAS).
  • Timeframe mastery:
    Ability to forecast how long different project types take and deliver on schedule.
  • Budget discipline:
    Proficient in planning and monitoring daily/weekly/monthly budgets; capable of setting realistic timeframes within budget.
  • Strategic thinker with execution power:
    Combines high-level strategy with hands-on, practical actions.
  • Competitive intelligence expert:
    Strong ability to analyze competitors and turn insights into winning tactics.
  • Communication & collaboration:
    Excellent written and verbal skills, comfortable coordinating with development (tech), design, and content teams.
  • Industry-specific insight:
    Experience with Fashion and Jewelry clients is a plus.
