About the Job

We are seeking a Performance Marketing & SEO Strategist who can drive both organic and paid digital growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO strategy, lead generation, paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), outreach SEO, and digital PR.

You'll play a key role in increasing our online visibility, generating qualified leads, managing sponsored campaigns, and strengthening our brand's digital authority.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. SEO & Content Optimization

  2. Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

  3. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
  4. Create backlink strategies through outreach and PR collaborations.

  5. Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

  6. Paid Media & Campaign Management

  7. Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  8. Manage ad budgets, targeting strategies, and performance metrics to achieve lead-generation goals.

  9. Create and test sponsored ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign funnels.

  10. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking

  11. Build data-driven lead generation campaigns to drive business growth.

  12. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align strategies with conversion objectives.

  13. Measure ROI and prepare detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

  14. Digital Outreach & PR

  15. Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations for brand mentions and backlinks.

  16. Manage outreach SEO campaigns and track link-building effectiveness.

  17. Coordinate with publishers, bloggers, and PR partners for digital visibility.

  18. Strategy & Innovation

  19. Identify new digital trends, tools, and automation opportunities to enhance performance.

  20. Suggest creative growth strategies and performance improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and keyword tools.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and marketing automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualification Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
  • Prior experience in SEO-focused lead generation or media buying preferred.
