Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise job schedules in BMC Control-M to support the Momentum platform. Works closely with application owners and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, auditable, and optimized batch processing. The resource should be open to work from Acuity Costa Rica office.

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Control-M.
  • Strong knowledge of job flows, alerts, recovery, and batch design best practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms (e.g., finance, regulatory, or ERP systems).
  • Experience in SQL and PowerShell
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team supporting mission-critical schedules
  • Boomi ETL is a plus

Education:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new Control-M job definitions for Momentum platform processes.
  • Manage dependencies, conditions, and calendars to ensure reliable job execution.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot job failures and coordinate resolutions with app and infra teams.
  • Collaborate on runbook creation, SLA tracking, and job performance tuning.
  • Participate in change control and production deployment cycles.
